If you’d already been experiencing stress, anxiety, depression and disease before the pandemic, now these states of being can be heightened. You can either continue with what is your predictable way of being or allow this “rock bottom” to shift you out of these old ways of being that no longer serve you or us collectively.
After my uncle passed away in 2014, my family called upon an intuitive medium to connect us to him. All of the non-believers in the family shifted in an instant. He was there with us, saying things that only we could understand. After that my mind and spirit became open to the spiritual world. I researched near death experiences and grief experts and found a consistent thread through all of their experiences. We are spiritual beings that have come to earth to learn spiritual lessons.
Once I was able to tune in intuitively to my spirit self, the greater self within the limited physical self, I felt peace for the first time in my life. All of the techniques I had learned prior to deal with anxiety & depression could only do so much. The thing that I had been searching for had been inside me the whole time, but I had shut off listening to it. Now that I could hear my inner spiritual voice, everything became clear as to who I was and what actions I needed to take.
Intimate awareness of self is what allows us to feel whole in any given moment, reducing the amount of friction we experience and ultimately bestow upon others. When we are healed and whole from within, we can live in peace and harmony with our community. When we reduce the tension & noise in our inner world, we have the bandwidth to make a difference in our greater world.
PRE-MEDITATION
We will start to access our inner guide by shifting our state of being energetically. When you are experiencing feelings of fear, anger, anxiety, etc., your body and mind operate out of a certain place (fight or flight). It’s when you can shift out of that place that you can access your spiritual and intuitive awareness. The two do NOT come together.
That’s an important step in this also is you MUST shift out of low level vibrations or you can confuse your inner guide with your EGO. The ego is the “keep us alive” machine that helps us to survive all circumstances. It is generally in contrast with our higher selves so if you try to “tap in” in a state of crisis, you’ll likely be hearing from the ego.
MEDITATION
Breathing
Rooting your feet. Clear light up through your whole body into your lungs. Plug Mother Gaia’s energy.
Going through Chakra system to open all
Gold light come through the top of your head. Imagine a crown that’s transmitting light and love
Once you can FEEL yourself coming into a higher vibrational field, that’s when you can start to communicate with your inner self.
Don’t start by asking questions! That’s coming in with an agenda. Instead just allow yourself to BE in the space of your inner spiritual self.
You CAN ask the question: Is there anything that my spiritual self would like to tell me?
Otherwise, just be open, listen, and experience yourself as a sacred being.
It feels so good to release your every day worries, fears and agendas and just let ourselves bask in the light of spirit.
Then allow yourself to come back into the present moment. Let yourself INTEGRATE this inner knowing by allowing yourself to shift back slowly. Use your eyes to see the gifts in front of you, use your hands to get stabilized into your physical experience, and use your breath to keep you centered in a spiritual container.
The more you practice BEING in this space, the more you will be able to access it.
