Thank you for writing and sharing this. When I use my handicap sign I have to remind myself it is an act of love for upcoming days. I'm so proud that I've finally learned how to pace myself. I needed to read this! Reading this just gave me a wave of emotion. I remember the beginning of this journey and it sucked big time. Self-love looks different for every health crisis but it's a huge hurdle for so many out there. Thank you for helping humans.
